We were delighted to represent Greater Lincolnshire at this year’s UKREiiF – the UK’s largest real estate, infrastructure and investment forum, held in Leeds. Attending alongside Team Lincolnshire, we helped showcase the breadth of investment opportunities across our region and were proud to introduce the new Mayor of Greater Lincolnshire, Dame Andrea Jenkyns, who outlined her key priorities, including housing, transport and business investment.

A Strong Regional Presence

On Tuesday, Mayor Jenkyns set out her ‘Ambitions for Greater Lincolnshire’ during a packed session in the Midlands Engine Pavilion, followed by a networking event in the Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority (GLCCA) Pavilion, where investment teams from across the region promoted their top opportunities.

Earlier that day, the GLCCA Pavilion also hosted an insightful speaker session on ‘Making Housing Pipelines Work’, chaired by Carolina Borgstrom from North East Lincolnshire Council. On Wednesday, the Mayor chaired a closed round table on ‘The Mayoral Role in Improving Rural Transport’, bringing key stakeholders together to explore solutions to rural infrastructure challenges.

A Celebratory Reception

One of the standout moments of the week was the now-famous Team Lincolnshire drinks reception—hugely oversubscribed once again, and buzzing with energy. We welcomed 154 guests to network over drinks and canapés at the end of a packed day two. A huge thank you to Lindum Group and Eddisons for kindly sponsoring the event, and to everyone who joined us—we’re already looking forward to next year!

Thanks to Our Ambassadors and Partners

A sincere thank you to all our ambassadors who stopped by the pavilion to support the event, make use of the meeting spaces, and help showcase the best of what Greater Lincolnshire has to offer. Special thanks also go to Stokes Tea & Coffee, and to Mike & Rianna, who worked tirelessly to keep attendees fuelled with refreshments across all three days.

Looking Ahead

A full press release will follow shortly, but in the meantime, you can read more about the £3.6bn of investment opportunities announced by the Mayor by visiting the Team Lincolnshire website:
